Like our neighboring vintners we take special care to work with the sun, water and the Sierra Foothill soils to produce the best forage for our cattle. This blend of open savannah grasslands and oak woodlands combined with our Angus and Wagyu breeding produces a distinct sweet and rich flavored meat. For generations, we have been raised on a simple but important principle: Take very good care of your animals and they will take care of your family. That principle guides us to sustainably produce some of the best beef in the world.
